	About Us\| Organisational Structure \| Planning and Documentation The Planning and Documentation department was created in January 2006 with Mr. O.O. Afolabi, formerly of the Training & Research Department, as the pioneer head. The Library Unit of the Centre was then subsumed under the new department as a Unit and also in mid 2009 the IT unit, formerly under the Adminstrative Division was merged with the department. The department which took off with three (3) members of staff now comprises ten (10) core members, four Projects Staff and four IT students.
		Members of Staff undergoing strategic thinking process to reposition centre within the context of the Nation's seven points agenda.
