NACETEM has about 120 full-time staff with half based at the Headquarters; 75% of whom are in the senior category. There are also a few members that are basically targeted at existing projects such as project staff and drivers, students on industrial attachment and youth corp members on their one year NYSC scheme.
Staff capacity development is given priority as members of staff are sponsored for workshops, training and conferences locally and internationally in areas that will enhance their productivity.
In carrying out our mandates, over 20 seasoned academics (more than 50% of whom are Proffessors) from Obafemi Awolowo University and other universities as well as resource person from the private sector complement the in-house training and research staff.
