NACETEM SERVICOM HAS NEW STRUCTURE

The Director-General/CEO of NACETEM, Dr. Willie Siyanbola has approved a new structure for the SERVICOM unit of the Centre for effective coordination of service delivery at the Centre. The new structure, which is two-tiered, has the SERVICOM Committee and the SERVICOM Unit. The DG also approved the appointment of a SERVICOM Service Improvement Officer. He is Mr. Waliu Adegbite, an Administrative Officer.
The SERVICOM committee is responsible for identifying and proffering solutions to service-related challenges. It is a subcommittee headed by SERVICOM Nodal Officer and comprises representatives from the departments and divisions of the Centre. The SERVICOM is composed of the Nodal Officer, SERVICOM Service Improvement Officer and Zonal Offices Service Improvement Officers.

In a release notifying members of staff of this new development, the SERVICOM Nodal Officer, Mr. Akin Olawale, informed all members of staff that the new structure offers them the opportunity to express their views through the representatives appointed from their departments. He urged everyone to avail themselves of the opportunities this participatory approach offers them.
