INASP HOLDS JOINT WORKSHOP WITH NACETEM

The International Network on the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP), a UK-based international organisation that is involved in scientific publications, and NACETEM held a training workshop for NACETEM staff between the 19th and 23rd of September, 2011. The workshop which was titled “Andragogy Training for Trainers of Policy Makers and Influencers” was facilitated by INASP-trained experts.

The workshop exposed participants to various learner-centered approaches to teaching. Participants at the workshop found it interesting because the sessions were interactive. Participants were also divided into groups, with each group giving a presentation. At the end of the workshop, participants revealed they had been exposed to new ideas and called for more of such workshops.
