NACETEM has continued to provide knowledge support to the FMST and her agencies, other Agencies of government and state S&T Ministries. In 2007, the Centre successfully implemented a nationwide impact assessment of a major intervention programme involving the Education Trust Fund (ETF), the FMST, UNESCO and a private sector firm. The study, Assessment of the Impact of the Supply of Skill ‘G’ Micro-Science Kits to Schools under the Special Nigeria/UNESCO Science Education Project was fully sponsored by ETF and completed in 2008.

Presently, the Centre has embarked on a contractual research service with the World Bank (STEPB) on Technological Entrepreneurial Attitude of Students in Nigeria Universities.
